Applications must be received in the Department of Human Resources or postmarked by the deadline noted on the exam announcment. It is the applicant's responsibility to confirm that they meet the minimum requirements as application fees will not be refunded. Applicants may apply online for continuous recruitment exams only; all others require a paper application. Credit/debit card payments are accepted with online applicaitons only and are subject to a $1 or 3.75% convenience fee, whichever is greater. All checks and money orders must be made payable to COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
